Over the years, the services offered to enhance wedding first dance experiences has continued to transform. A favourite for Sydneysiders is the magic of dry ice.
In short, dry ice is the solid form of carbon dioxide. This frozen material is made into small ice-cube looking pellets (see below) which are used to create a thick, low lying fog that hugs the floor. The fog is formed these pellets are mixed with boiling hot water as condensation occurs.
Why dry ice? Well, why not!
- Fascinating, cloud-like effect
- Your guests will be in awe (and you will be too being inside the cloud!)
- Easy to coordinate with venues
- Makes for memorable snaps for your photographers and videographers (even better when you have wash lights around the dance floor)
Every time we see dry ice in used at a Sydney wedding, it’s one for the books. If you’re looking for something to take your first dance to the next level, do not look past this!
